Another interesting two handed "wave" is the VW sign, again not recomended while driving. I live in downtown Toronto, a city with BIG traffic issues, I walk a lot of places.

When I see a van stopped at a light or something while I'm walking I give them the VW sign. Basicly you make each hand into a "V" peace sign and overlay them so that it looks like a VW.
