Since you appear to be in California...ALL Vanagons manufactured as 1991 models had to be sold in California as 1990 model vehicles due to California's emission rules which were more restrictive than the Federal 49-state rules. There were NO new "1991" or M year model Vanagons legally available for sale in California.
