You can, but...the adjustment levers for sliding the seat back/forward and for reclining the seat back are positioned differently. Passenger side has both on the outside, while the driver has one on either side.

To remove the seat, slide it forward all the way. Then you'll need to lift the triangular spring on the seat that prevents the seat from going too far forward to slide it the rest of the way off the track.
