    There is an adhesive backed plastic shim that
works better than the goop.   It is made by a company
call qualite?? at your flaps.

No big deal John.
Remove the front wheel.
Use a punch or 16 penny nail to drive out the two
retaining pins
holding
the pads.
Lift the pads out.
Spread the cups enough to drop in the new pads.
PUT goopy disk brake stuff on back of your pads let it
dry to prevent
brake squeal.
Drop in the new pads, align that spring devise and
reinstall the pins.
It gets a little more complex if you need to turn the
rotors but still
less that 2 hours turn around (other than trip to
machine shop for
rotor
turning).
