The job is done. It was a snap. Pads only ....... took me one hour. This was the first time to do this and I could probably do it in 30 minutes next time.

My van has the Girling calipers, and this presented an interesting dilema. The pistons had to be pushed back into the housings so the new pads would fit. This were impossible with the tools I had. I adapted a C-clamp and one of the discarded pad backplates to squeeze the piston back into place. It was easy after that.
