<< RV travelers have marked Wal-Mart stores as travel destinations >> i read an r.v. report on walmart camping. i think the 40 foot diesel pusher types use walmart like mcdonalds. if there is no sign prohibiting camping or overnight parking you can stay over night in the lot, preferably in the most secluded spot. your not supposed to extend your bedroom and kitchens--it's just supposed to be a quick and dirty way to get some shut eye. and it's free! if you buy the walmart road atlas for $4.99 its got every walmart located on the map and location indexed. i'm not surprised to find out it's now a McDestination. anyone ever do this in a vanagon? chris c |
