Hey Volks, Would anyone know if inline AM/FM "signal boosters" for a car radio work well? I have a brand new JVC radio/cd player in my 1987 Westy ... and I find I have remarkably poor reception no matter where I am in town. I know I live near my favorite jazz station too. I get a lot of mild static, but enough to make it annoying. It was installed professionally, and everything was grounded well. I don't get any 12v or engine bleed over the speakers. I've heard of filers and boosters that are supposed to help reception, but I have not idea if they really help. Furthermore, some are amplified and some are static. Does anyone have any experience (pro or con) using these? Can you recommend one or not? I wish I could get of the static I am experiencing so I can enjoy my jazz station. Thanks in advance, Neil __________________________________________________________________ The NEW Netscape 7.0 browser is now available.
