Subject: alternative spot for radio...
Content-type: text/plain; charset="US-ASCII"

Hey Folks,

I remember a discussion recently about an alternative to where to mount a radio.

I found this nice looking vanagon on eBay.de and they have a rather creative (if not handsome) modification I have not seen before.

Have a look.

If you do not have front AC with the headliner console, than you might be able to make a radio mount like this person did.

Over all, it's very tidy. Nice large speakers too. Doesn't look too hard to build. If you don't feel adventurous, I bet any custom radio store could build one for you.

Cheers,

dave-o
