Well , It had been in the garage for a little over two years, Brought it back out and passed N.J. inspection, But the problem is does not want to fire up sometimes hot and cold .I cleaned all grounds and gave it a complete tune up .It does run great after starting but the problem is very strange , I could crank the starter over for a while and it will partially fire along with keeping the starter going.I would comeback a an hour or two later and it will fire up and run quick no problem. sorry for the long explanation but I can go on and on . Thanks for any advice Hans .
