Subject: Help!! Need a Digifant ECM quick
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1"

Hi all,

Well after my '88 Westy died while backing out of a parking space so I had it towed to my mechanic. He thought the problem was either the distributor or the ECM. He quickly swapped a salvage vehicle ECM with mine and the van started back up immediately. So it appears that's the part I need. He tells me the dealer wants $976 for a new one and a used parts house in NY wants $300 but with no warranty. The part number is 025906022.

Do you have any suggestions on where to get reasonably priced one? Also should I get one with a warranty?

Please e-mail me directly as I need quick responses and I receive the digest format of messages. Can anyone tell me how to set the listserve so I receive messages individually?

Thanks in advance for your assistance,

Eric in NC
