I just installed a SA round headlight kit on my 86 weekender. The install is really pretty easy. You will need to go to the local auto parts store and buy the plug that will fit the back of your older style round headlites. the plug will come prewired. You will need to cut off the large rectangular headlite plug and splice on the the new ones. The driving light plug is the same on both. Nothing to it and it looks very cool. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Wolfburger" <Wolfburger@COMCAST.NET> To: <vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM> Sent: Sunday, February 02, 2003 2:03 PM Subject: SA Headlight Help Needed

Can anyone tell me how to convert the electrical plugs from the late 80's rectangular lights to the SA quad grill setup with H4's? To my disappointment, the "kit" included no wiring or connections. I already have the correct "buckets" from an early 80's van. Do I have to make the connections from scratch? Yikes! Any help appreciated. > > Thanks, > Josh >
