Hi Tom,
Not sure if it's what you seek, but page 19.2 in my manual shows "cooling
fan with pulley" and the bolts bet 15 ft lb/20 nm.  They don't look like
tri-squares, though, more like typical hex bolts, and only three of them.
The allen bolts that hold the water pump pulley to the water pump take the
same torque, and I wonder if they aren't very similar?
