You only use oversize rings if you bore out the cylinder and fit oversized pistons. Since the WB uses replacable sleeves, most folks replace the pistons and cylinders as asset of 4. Oversize rings can be purchased by specifying the diameter and with. You will need to go a custom engine supply to order them.
