My vote is to sell it whole to someone from out of state.  (No, not me.
 I'm limiting myself to two vehicles.)  I'm sure you can find someone on
the list who will buy it.

Parting out a running van should be a last resort.  Besides being a crying
shame, it's also a lot more work for you and you'll still have to dispose
of the carcass.

If it weren't a syncro, or weren't running, my advice might be different,
but people will pay good money for a running syncro.  You probably won't
get out as much as you put in but you should come out okay.
