Y'Know, now that I'm thinking about it, has anyone had luck in getting POR-15 or other rust-killers deep into the seams? Most of my seams are still sealed, but some have spread open a little and the paint is split. I imagine all sorts of water and crap have infiltrated these areas, so I'm sure the rust has begun. So, what can we do to kill the rust before sealing up these seams?

Spraying WD-40 into the seams every week seems like a pain in the butt, and my Boeshield T-9 leaves a mess when I use it.
