I had a 69 named "Swervy" because the swing lever arm bushing of the steering was so worn. Even when I fixed it the name stuck. "Faith" because faith got us there when reason suggested otherwise. "Shanty Mama" from the Jonathan Edwards song, "Lay around the shanty, mama and get a good buzz on." "Rusty"...well, maybe that's obvious, but one of the orange Vanagon Westys, really wasn't all that rusty.

Waiting for a name even now on my new '80 Westy.
