Subject: Heater fuel pressure question
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii

More interesting mechanical heater question for the math gurus out there: OK, I'm installing this fuel heater and it requires at lease 3 PSI of fuel pressure by way of an external electrical fuel pump. The way I figure the batteries will be dead way before I run low on fuel. SO I'm trying to cut out as much battery drain as possible. I'm thinking that I may be able to raise the fuel tank high enough to get the pressure I need. Assuming the fuel has the same weight as water, how high would it have to be? And for that matter would there have to be a minimum amount of fuel in the tank at all times? Eric

IF you hear a BIG Poof, that was the heater blowup!
