Has anyone installed an Eberspächer / Espar B1L Heater inside their van? I really thought I'd be able to install the B1L in the little space between the fridge and the water tank. It is small 14"L x 4"W x 4"H and dimensionally will go in, the problem is that the exhaust would be coming out right on top of the propane tank. Some things that have been considered: the exhaust was wrerouted, it has to travel too far inside the cabinet before exiting outside. Moving the propane tank forward sounds like a lot of work (though it is off right now), and the sink drain could get in the way if it goes too far forward. Can anyone think of another location? I am (reluctantly) considering the spare tire area, and I was also thinking about under the rear bench, or at the bottom of the hanging locker (would the exhaust interfere with the drivers side rear tire)? Thoughts? Thanks, Chris |
