Probably, but it doesn't apply to me. I pay $1000 every 6 months for auto insurance, but I have full coverage, $1,000,000 liability limits, $0 deductable on glass (which I use quite a bit -- lots of rocks on the roads around here), and I insure 5 vehicles -- my '81 Westy, 2 pretty new SUVs, a full size Ford van, and a motor home.
