A quote is just that, not a binding contract. Its just another method of invading privacy and wielding the sword of power and authority in the face of the consumer. Your explanations and experiences are much appreciated. My disgust, bad attitude, and distrust is directed at elected representatives who allow this kind of stuff to happen at all.
