this was purely in response to another message on this list extolling the virtues of capitalism and the wisdom of charging the highest amount possible for an item in order to maximize profits

i personally felt that that was not appropriate for this list

however, since no one complained about THAT crap, I figured I'd just give a different perspective

again, i would have to say both were inappropriate for this list, but neither more than the other.
