i'm with you on this one. here is my current bicycle line up.

Raleigh mountain bike converted to single speed. Giant Butte built for ice biking and general winter riding. Schwinn three speed for summer cruising. Specialized Allez road bike, for going fast in the summer.

I don't drive in the winter so as to prevent my vanagon and scirocco from ever seeing the salt of the midwest. although my current job is closer i have biked 11 miles each way to work in the winter to save my vw collection and a little bit of the environment.
