Subject:      Front Speakers Re-wiring - '85 Westy

Need to replace the stock speaker wiring in front of my westy.  I want to keep the grommet and "wire sheaths" that pass through the door and door frame.

Can I simple pull news wires through the sheaths and up into the dash by tying the old wires to the new, and then pulling them through?

Any suggestions would be great.
