Things you ride ON CURRENT: none PAST (not in chronological order): Honda SL100 (later bored to 145 & then 165) RATbike CB100 XL175 K1 CR250M3 with XL250 K1 Motosport engine & lights CB250RS with XR500 engine VT250 with XR500 engine CB400T CB450 CX500 Euro CB750 K2 with 900 kit (x2) CBX-Z Yamaha RD350 (1974)

Big singles are evil under power on tight bends... the power pulses cause the rear wheel to walk sideways and can break traction entirely. But that RS was FUN around town... could hardly keep the front wheel on the ground!

Things you ride IN CURRENT: 1984 Toyota Sprinter 1.8 diesel liftback CE80 FWD 1989 Corolla 1.8 diesel van/wagon CE96 1989 Corona 2.0 diesel sedan CT170 1992 Corona 2.0 diesel 4WD sedan CT190 1992 Toyota Estima Lucida (narrow-bodied Previa) 2.2 turbodiesel VW Type 2 1984 Caravelle (now awaiting SVX conversion) PREVIOUS: 1957 VW panelvan 36hp, later single-port 1600 1966 Kombi 1600 1968 Kombi with Corvair drivetrain, LHD 1975 Kombi 1800 with 1916 kit; later fitted with 3.6 Toyota V8 1957 Beetle 1964 Beetle 1.6 1975 Golf 1.1 1974 Passat 1.3, later fitted with 110hp injected 1.6 1967 Hino Contessa 1.3 1984 Mitsubishi Sigma 2.0 FWD 1970 Toyota Crown coupe MS51 with Holden 3.3 six, later Chev 327 & Toyota 5-speed & Mustang diff (and if I'd fitted a Toyota V8 instead, I'd have kept it!) 1977 Toyota Corona 2.0 RT104 sedan, later with 2.0 18RG and 5-speed 1986 Corolla CE80 1.8 diesel sedan 1988 Nissan Skyline Passage GT-D 2.8 diesel hardtop sedan (a disaster!)

I managed to carry both the CB450 & SL100 simultaneously in the 57 van, and the 900 got a trip or two too.
