Same higher price right outside the gates at Shell refinery in Pasadena (Houston) TX. Normally 8-10 cents higher than five blocks away. I think it is just so they never compete with dealers of Shell / their fuels. I also think the refinery workers get special discounts at this station .............. because they're always busy.
