I don't know about putting anything inside the AC tunnel--Westys don't have a tunnel. What I have done is use drier exhaust ducts (the flexible type) and duct tape to get some cool air to the front. It works better and looks worse than it sounds. Thanks for the link to the pictures of the Westy with the nice woodwork. Didn't some of the non-Westy vans have front AC that fit right behind the windshield?
