I assume that you mean that the starter cranks the engine, but it does not fire. It is very likely that you need new ignition wires. Another possibility is that there is a layer of oil and dirt on your coil and/or distributor cap where the high voltage wires attach and it becomes conductive in damp weather, shorting out the spark. Careful cleaning of these areas with alcohol and paper towel, etc. might help. You might also clean the wires and the inside of the distributor cap.
