But can the 3.99 grease gun hose take the heat from the engine? What I think I'm going to do is install a small piece of black pipe in the block, and run into an 45 deg angle to a tee. From this tee I will mount the original sender, and run a thin brake line tube out to the top side of the engine where I will mount the gauge sender.
