Slow or no starter motor turning- Aim the Vanagon on the downhill-

Find a coupla friends- strangers to help push-

Let your 9 year old drive and let him pop the clutch-

No more starting flat spots or dead spots when turning that engine over..

Those days are over--

1. installed the relay- on my back in the deep freeze took abt 45 mins- on a fresh piece of cardboard and with a dimming flashlight. on a lift in the warm should take 15 mins..

also 2. Heavy primary cable from positive battery to starter was hanging on by

threads of that very thick cable-- spliced in a new cable end-lotsa duck tape a piece of inner tube as addl insulation..

LIKE NEW!! that starter whips around in the coldest of weather. see these links

Thanks Ken Wilford at Vanagain for shipping me those relays pronto
