There isn't a lot of science in sway bars.
Measure your frame and go to a wrecking yard and find one that will fit
the width and give you the required clearance.
There could be some welding required to mount the bar and related
hardware.
I've got one on a 66 Bus and I think it helps on cornering and in cross
winds, but have never driven the bus without it so I'm just guessing.
