<DIV></DIV>>They are the headlight beam adjusters, and they are replaceable... and are
<DIV></DIV>>VERY delicate.
<DIV></DIV>>
<DIV></DIV>>When you buy them, get a few extras... Everyone breaks one the first time
<DIV></DIV>>they deal with replacing them.
<DIV></DIV>>
<DIV></DIV>>There are also a few different kinds on each headlight housing... highbeam
<DIV></DIV>>lamp has 3 of the same type... the the lowbeam has two larger ones... and
<DIV></DIV>>one smaller one. Often the OEM adjusters are located in such a way that one
<DIV></DIV>>is always "permanent" meaning it has no threads or phillips head... and
<DIV></DIV>>cannot be adjusted. The others can be adjuated.
<DIV></DIV>>
<DIV></DIV>>Also if you just apply the slightest pressure on the front of the headlight
<DIV></DIV>>assembly, inwards towards the vehicle... that can be enough to snap the
<DIV></DIV>>plastic.
<DIV></DIV>>
<DIV></DIV>>Good luck!
