(correction: think they're called silver star) I have a tristar on one head light and standard (9004?) on the other - the tristar is definitely whiter, the standard is more yellowish... neither are bluish... as far as brighter? yeah, a smidgen, maybe would be more so if I had a relay, or grounded the headlights...
