I just did this myself. It's quite easy if you get all the wiring harnesses. Its a lot harder to get the harnesses with their special grommets installed correctly in the doors than to figure out the wiring. The main thing is to have your Bentley handy. My experience may have been more difficult than some due to the donor harnesses coming from a van with power mirrors, locks, and windows. All in all A worthwhile and satisfying afternoon project.
