While we're on the topic of bad electricals and non-functioning rear wipers, let's combine the two... The rear wiper on my '88 GL Auto Westy has a mind of it's own. It turns on, does the sweep, and then continues to sweep whenever the heck it wants to. It's very erratic and will continue until the ignition is turned off. I'm starting to get used to it, but I bet it drives the people behind me crazy. Any thoughts? I've owned quite a few English cars, and I find the Bosch electricals only slightly better than Lucas. This was mention a few years ago, but can't find the solution in the archives. Thanks, Mike Pedersen |
