Second to that, every owner should have a Haynes Vanagon Manual. Not printed and sold in this country, Ron Salmon of Bus Depot has imported some from overseas - Britain I think. They were about $20 a while back but may have gone up. Another "Must Have" to be a Vanagon owner/operator. Sort of like "Essential Equipment". All other manuals, including the Muir book should be considered supllemental support. But those first two I mentioned are absolutely essential for good maintenance on any Vanagon, no matter the year or model. John Rodgers 88 GL Driver |
