so you put an open flame to a heated liquid petroleum mix and it ignited.
is this something that you didn't expect? at normal temperatures this
stuff is not going to be that flammable, especially when you only apply a
coating under a 1/8". the important point is the ignition temperature or
vapor temperature, every flammable product that is sold has a spec sheet
with this information. the spec sheets aren't always the easiest to get,
but should be readily available for all your components except that
candle.:) you should look them up.
