Where did this idea come from??? I've never been in a blizzard, nor have I taken my vanagon in the snow... I've only seen rain and wind, sunlight and shade...

I do remember people saying the original loafs were much better for off roading and beach riding than the 2wd vanagons...

I guess you're goal is to change the 50/50 weight distribution and give yourself more traction where the drive of the wheels is...

I'm interested to know what your results are... like please really try to get stuck so we'll all know if it works
