This may have some Vanagon content, for maybe I could use this tool when working on my van...:)

I have had it for a few years and I don't know what it is used for. I seem to think it may be a cobbler's tool, but that could just be a load of cobblers!

Anyway, if anyone has the time to take a look I'd be thankful.
