Do these 16 inch wheels fit non-synchros? And I'm curious what the answer is for tires in these things? What size would they be and who makes them?

Also, in looking at Fast Forwards web site... I never knew there were E code hi beams... (H3), I was aware of there being E code low beams (H4) - but thought that the hi beams would just be the same... Does anyone know the difference between Stebros relay and the plug and play unit/kit that Fast Forward offers...
