30k miles, maybe a little longer, but not much. Better to go by the warning light, which is a 30k gig.

Soak thread seam overnight with Super Liquid Wrench and again in the a.m. I think it is a 22mm fitting; if so put a 20 mm or 21 mm ring wrench on the neck of it and hammer on the wrench from the direction of the 02 sensor wire toward stuck threads to break the ionic (or is it covalent?) bonds between the two metals (the exhaust and the sensor).

Hammer gently, like you would to put on a picture-hanging nail, and hammer like this for 2-3 minutes, applying Super Liquid Wrench now and then. Apply the proper sized ring wrench, and tap GENTLY on the other end of the wrench with the hammer to break it free. It it is still snug, soak and tap with the small wrench again. IT WILL break loose in this way. It is NOT too tight, it simply grew ionic (or is it covalent?) bonds between the two metals. Once these are broken, it will turn easily.
