So I scraped them off with my thumb nail, and all thats left is some smeared adhesive that I'll eventually wash off with soap... If I had to do it over, I would have soaked the ends in soapy water overnight before I installed them, then the name would have come off easier.

You can remove the label with a little elbow grease and denatured alcohol.
