Subject: Ca gas cans...
Content-Type: text/plain; format=flowed

I have a california gas can, its made to comply with the air resources board which means that more gas goes on the ground when you fill the tank... recently I pried off the nozzel end and spring that controled the flow - so now it doesn't comply and the gas goes into my tank and not on the ground.

The rubber gasket that came with tore in half while using it - Ace Hardware had a piece that fit (slip joint washer 1 1/2 x 1 1/4)....

Nice thing is, it fits under the rear seat... and holds just over two gallons... I think its a Blitz (the Wedco was even worse, and wouldn't fit) (hope I haven't gotten the two names mixed up)
