I would think the performance would be related to the size of the hole in the block of aluminum. However, since the fuel pressure regulator is keeping the pressure constant, and the limiting factor the hose to and the injector itself are still the same, I don't see how it is going to deliver any more performance.

The only advantage I could see would be if the hole in the rail was larger, allowing it to hold more fuel, and if there was ever a time when the stock rail was fuel starved.

Though having the built in pressure gauge is nice. I think this is more of an appearance upgrade than anything that would actually increase performance.
