As far as I know this is a Motronic feature only. At least on VW's.

Neither Digijet nor Digifant will do this. A tiico conversion will.

My '95 Jetta not only flashes codes but many of the trouble items actually make a noise so that you can find them in the engine compartment. Cool:-)
