Blue light (not tinted bulbs) is a higher intensity energy discharge, but that doesn't translate to meaning you'll see better in its illumination.

The human eye is attuned to see YELLOW the best (other animals have their eye adapter for other colors...for instance honeybees that see ultraviolet....)

Stick with standard bulbs.
