There are five bolts that need to be loosened to slacken the belt. Two are allen head bolts that the compressor pivots on. Two more are hold-down nuts that lock the compressor into position on the bracket. The last is an adjusting bolt that goes through the top of the bracket and threads into the front hold-down bolt. Loosen the pivot bolts and the hold-down nuts, then loosen the adustment bolt and slacken the belt. Try not to remove the adjustment bolt entirely, its a pain to re-install.
