List,

Our server options are set at Language=English,NOHTML. But some posts will still come through as HTML no matter what, unless the sender takes a manual action to override it. Feel free to read about it at: http://www.lsoft.com/manuals/1.8d/owner/appendb.html#keyLanguage

While I prefer to see non-HTML messages on the list, I'm not up to the challenges of trying to enforce it. The best I can suggest is for other list members to politely e-mail instructions to the sender in question on how to change their preferences.

Note: The newer version of the ListServ software (1.8e) does allow the complete blockage of HTML postings. Next week, I'll get a price on the upgrade.
