No, I haven't changed oil yet in the Wolfie, having recently put a fairly fresh fill of regular dino oil in it. However, when my Syncro trans is rebuilt, it will start off with Swepco.

Have you put this Swepco stuff in yet? All I want to know right now, is can you personally feel/tell a difference.... When I first added Redline oil to my automatic tranny (Redline D4) I noticed an improvement, of course, I was noticing the difference between old non synthetic and new synthetic... but when my tranny was serviced prior to that adding in run of the mill dexron I didn't notice a difference.... . does non synthetic break down to a chalkiness... Is your vanagon automatic? .... I'm really interested in this post/thread... would like the feedback...
