Hello,

Thanks to all that responded to my musical vent
system.  What it appears to be is that one of the two
cardboard block offs that are on the backside of the
grill fell off and was wedged just right in the cavity
behind the grill/radiator.  When I got to a certain
speed it would vibrate.

Anyway, mystery appears to be solved.
