Years ago, I bought a lightweight aluminum cookset from an outfit called Early Winters. It's Teflon coated inside for easy clean-up with minimum use of soap or water. I think it was made in England. It nests and I just pad it with paper towels. The cabinet bottoms are lined with that thin foam stuff available everywhere. I use polycarbonate (Lexan) utensils. Lightweight, quiet and unbreakable. I have a selection of food. I use a Revereware SS tea kettle for instant coffee, cereal and wash-up. It nest easily in the sink with the lid down. Use Campsuds or something similar for wash-up, in a small plastic squeeze bottle. Sleeping bag and pillow under the back seat. Now, thank you, this topic has made me realize I have forgotten one important item. DOGFOOD! I carry it in large heavy-weight Zip-Lock bags available in the sporting goods section of my favorite, local and only you-know-who mart. Never go anywhere without my Shadow, a big black Lab. Jerry
